This is a delicious puree, it has a great fruit and veg combination – plus carrots and parsnips have a naturally sweet taste which babies love!
1 small parsnip (peeled and chopped)
1 medium carrot (peeled and chopped)
1 medium apple (peel, cored and cut into quarters)
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
30ml Baby’s Milk
- 1.Steam the Parsnip and Carrot for 20 minutes.
- 2. When the veg is tender place into a blend with the apple, cinnamon, and milk and pulse until smooth.
Mumma’s tip: suitable for freezing, makes between 8– 10 ice cubes ?
