Apple, Avocado and Cinnamon Puree

Apples and Avocados make an ideal combination when experimenting with first foods, they are highly nutritious, and when mixed have a lovely creamy sweet taste.

Ingredients:

1 small ripe avocado (peeled and stone removed)
1 medium apple (peeled, cored and chopped into quarters)
2 tbsp. natural Greek yogurt
2 tbsp. baby’s milk
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Method:

Pop the apple, avocado, yogurt, milk and cinnamon into a blender and pulse until smooth.

Mumma’s tip: suitable for freezing, makes between 6 – 8 ice cubes ?
